Making a Positive Impact
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the fun side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
ABOUT MY GYM
I have transformed my detached garage into a full gym, equipped with weights and AC for those hot Texas summer days! We will be using free weights including a Rogue squat rack with barbell, dumbbells up to 80lbs, kettlebells, slam balls, assault bike, rower, TRX straps, jump ropes, plyometric box, bands, and much more. We will have music and fun while working hard and crushing goals!
